Target Just Started Selling Beyond Burgers. But That’s Not All.

The Beyond Burger, the acclaimed patty from Beyond Meat, has expanded its reach yet again—this time to select Target stores. The fresh vegan burger, which “bleeds” pulverized beet juice and has the look, smell, and taste of meat, joins Target’s current Beyond Meat offerings, the Beyond Chicken strips and Beyond Beef grounds.

But these drool-worthy burgers are far from the only delicious plant-based options. Target’s grocery department has become more vegan-friendly over the past few years. Here are a few of our favorites:

• Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy Cherry Garcia Ice Cream

Target offers a wide variety of dairy-free ice creams from Ben & Jerry’s and from Häagen Dazs and all-vegan brand So Delicious.

• Gardein Seven Grain Crispy Tenders

These bad boys are seriously delicious. They’re great on salads, in wraps, or as a snack—and they’re just one of many Gardein products you’ll find at Target.

• Häagen-Dazs Non-Dairy Coconut Caramel Ice Cream

Last summer Häagen-Dazs blew our minds and released four incredible dairy-free flavors available exclusively at Target stores! (Now the company plans to launch these flavors at more retailers nationwide.)

• Amy’s Frozen Breakfast Burritos

Target offers several Amy’s Kitchen products, like canned soup and frozen entrees, but our favorites are these tasty frozen burritos!

• Almond Breeze Almond Milk

Like most grocers nowadays, Target offers a wide variety of dairy-free milks—including almond, soy, cashew, and coconut.

And vegan food is so much more than specialty products. Nearly every grocer, including Target, has an array of vegan whole foods, like fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, grains, and legumes. With vegan foods becoming more accessible, it’s never been easier to ditch animal products. In fact, as meat consumption declines, delicious plant-based products are soaring. Vegan meats are expected to make up a third of the protein market by 2054.
