Dairy Queen’s plant-based options are slim, and that’s why we’re calling on the chain to add more vegan menu items for 2023! Until it does, here’s how to order vegan at Dairy Queen if you’re in a situation where it’s your only option:

  • Non-Dairy Dilly Bar
  • Misty Slush
  • French Fries
  • Pretzel Sticks (Ask for no zesty queso.)
  • Side Salad (Ask for a plant-based dressing, such as a vinaigrette. When in doubt, check the ingredients on the back of the packet.)

Even if you’re not a fan of fast food, increasing accessibility to vegan options is more important than ever to help spare animals suffering at factory farms and reduce the harm of animal agriculture to our planet.

Restaurant chains Carl’s Jr., Baja Fresh, Pieology, Burger King, and so many others have added plant-based meals to their menus. But with no substantial vegan meal on its menu, Dairy Queen is falling behind its competitors.

Take action for animals and the planet: Ask Dairy Queen—along with Quiznos, Five Guys, and King Taco—to add a new plant-based meal to its menu for 2023.
