Starting July 11, you can get your hands on an all-vegan breakfast burrito from Veggie Grill—loaded with the brand-new vegan egg from JUST. Made from mung beans, this vegan egg alternative looks and scrambles up like traditional eggs but without the cholesterol, horrific animal suffering, and other problems associated with consuming animal products.

The Just Egg breakfast burrito—Veggie Grill’s first breakfast option—will be served all day and joins other headline-worthy vegan products like the Beyond Sausage, which debuted at select Veggie Grill locations before it was added to the menu at all of the chain’s 30+ locations.

LiveKindly explains:

JUST (formerly Hampton Creek) has been slowly rolling out its vegan egg product. Just Scramble first debuted at restaurants in the Bay Area near the company’s headquarters. It then launched in Hong Kong at the Green Common where it quickly became one of the chain’s best selling items in Asian-inspired dishes such as the Teriyaki Bowl. It’s now going to be available at all Veggie Grill locations across the U.S.

Earlier this month, Equinox restaurant in Washington, DC, began serving this innovative product in a variety of dishes, adding a scramble to its brunch menu and a grab-and-go egg sandwich to its cooler.

And it seems that the number of restaurants offering the new product will soon skyrocket, as the makers of Just Egg are looking to expand into the grocery market. The company even has a page on its website dedicated to letting consumers know how they can request the product at their favorite grocery stores and restaurants.
