This weekend, over 100,000 people will flock to California’s Colorado Desert for the famed Coachella Valley Music and Art Festival, known simply as Coachella. With two weekends packed with kickass musicians like Beyoncé, The Weeknd, and Eminem, as well as inspiring art installations, for many this is one of the most anticipated events of the year. And this year’s festival has more amazing vegan food options than ever before!

In fact, just a quick look at the Coachella website makes clear that vegan eats is one of the main themes of this year’s food roster. Here are some highlights:

• The Herbivorous Butcher

The famous vegan butchers from Minneapolis are coming to Coachella, and they’re bringing some mouthwatering plant-based meats and cheeses with them! Look out for some drool-worthy animal-free sandwiches!

• Cena Vegan

In addition to its Plato de Cena Vegan—a generous portion of veggie meat, rice and beans, fresh corn tortillas, and salsa—this Los Angeles pop-up cart will serve up burritos loaded with plant-based meats, refried beans, rice, pico de gallo, and cashew-chipotle crema!

• Little Pine

Moby’s all-vegan restaurant, Little Pine, will serve up menu favorites and also present its own pop-up restaurant with a special dinner offering. Tickets are $50, but you’re guaranteed to get a show-stopping vegan meal!

• Cocobella Creamery

This all-vegan ice cream shop is changing the game. Cool off with a variety of flavors, like blueberry cheesecake, lemon poppy cake, and Unicorn Magic, made with deliciously creamy coconut milk!

• Ramen Hood

Ramen Hood offers a simple but incredibly impressive menu. Its unbelievable vegan ramen comes complete with sunflower seed broth, king oyster mushrooms, bean sprouts, scallions, chili threads, and nori. And the best part? The vegan egg!

Luckily, you don’t have to go to Coachella to enjoy amazing vegan food. Tons of cities have fabulous all-vegan restaurants or restaurants that can create fantastic vegan dishes. Find some near you!
