The famed Las Vegas Strip is finally getting its first fully vegan fine-dining restaurant!

While the Strip offers an abundant selection of mouthwatering plant-based options, it has yet to boast a completely vegan fine-dining establishment. That will change this spring when plant-based Mediterranean restaurant Crossroads Kitchen opens in Resorts World Las Vegas! Bart Mahoney, vice president of food and beverage at Resorts World Las Vegas, said in a statement:

As we expand our dining portfolio, we continue to seek unique concepts that can appeal to food lovers and culinary novices alike, and Crossroads does just that. We are thrilled to be working with Chef Tal and his talented team to offer an approachable yet refined take on plant-based cuisine to our guests and visitors.

Based in Los Angeles, Crossroads Kitchen is known for its decadent offerings, including Philly cheesesteak, chicken and waffles, and housemade pastas. The Las Vegas menu will include favorites like stuffed zucchini blossoms and fettuccine and truffles, along with specialty items.

This isn’t the first time that New York Times bestselling author and founder of Crossroads Kitchen Tal Ronnen has worked in Las Vegas. In 2010, Chef Tal collaborated with Wynn’s culinary team to create plant-based menus for the many fantastic restaurants at Wynn Las Vegas.

In 2020, Truth and Tonic became the Strip’s very first fully plant-based restaurant. A casual 65-seat restaurant nestled next to the fitness center at The Venetian Resort, Truth and Tonic is open daily for breakfast and lunch. The menu features vegan egg frittatas, coconut milk French toast, and so much more.

Every restaurant at Wynn and Encore has a plant-based menu! While options are sometimes on the regular menu, some places have a separate plant-based menu, so make sure to ask. Don’t miss the vegan chicken and waffles at Terrace Point Cafe or the tasty plant-based pizza at Allegro. If you don’t mind spending some cash, the Gardein Parmigiana at Sinatra is unbeatable.

Nacho Daddy
