New vegan versions of Amy’s Kitchen frozen meals just launched! The family-owned vegetarian brand rolled out the new offerings to accommodate consumer requests. Available at natural grocery stores, like Sprouts Farmers Market, the lineup includes these mouthwatering options:

Vegan Tortilla Casserole with Cheeze

A plant-based take on the beloved (and delicious) Mexican dish chilaquiles, this casserole combines nachos, melted vegan cheese, an assortment of vegetables, and organic tofu. Seasoned, slow-cooked organic black beans come on the side.

Vegan Chili Mac & Cheeze

The original Chili Mac & Cheese was inspired by an Amy’s worker who mixed spoonfuls of Amy’s Organic Chili with the Mac & Cheese for lunch. Now Amy’s has remade the original with a completely plant-based version that is kosher and free of gluten, dairy, and nuts!

Vegan Broccoli & Cheeze Bake

This dish mixes rice pasta, creamy vegan cheeze sauce, organic broccoli florets, and gluten-free toasted bread crumbs. Now doesn’t that just sound good?

Vegan Mexican Casserole with Cheeze

This scrumptious dish combines traditional tamale flavor with vegan cheese, organic white-corn masa, black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, and olives. With a blend of chili peppers and spices, this casserole is a perfect afternoon pick-me-up.

Amy’s fans can also enjoy brand-new plant-based pizzas, such as the Vegan Supreme, Vegan Pesto & Roasted Artichoke, and Gluten-Free Vegan Meatless Pepperoni.

These fantastic choices are joining Amy’s already impressive vegan lineup. You can find all of the plant-based options on the company’s website under “Vegan Favorites,” but some of our top picks are the black bean vegetable enchilada, the Asian dumpling bowl, alphabet soup, the rice and bean burrito, and the veggie loaf with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Can’t get enough Amy’s? In 2015, Amy’s Kitchen made headlines after opening an all-vegetarian drive-thru restaurant in Northern California called Amy’s Drive Thru. Since then, Amy’s has expanded to include an outpost at the San Francisco International Airport and two more drive-thrus in Northern California. Hungry customers looking for vegan options can choose from delicious dishes like gluten-free vegan burgers, dairy-free milkshakes, vegan mac ’n’ cheese, and breakfast sandwiches with tofu, veggie sausage, and secret sauce.
