Now he is partnering with beloved plant-based chef and entrepreneur Matthew Kenney to transform menus around the globe with mouthwatering vegan dishes. Their first project is a vegan summer menu at the Beverly Hills Four Seasons Hotel, but that’s just the beginning. The two share a larger vision of revolutionizing the foodservice industry by providing consultation on healthful, innovative vegan menu offerings.

Prince Khaled tells Plant Based News:

We will target hospitality companies, as well as those with a role in the food and beverage industry, to help them better understand what plant-based food really is, and to facilitate them transforming their “healthy options” into truly healthy options that are tasty and look amazing.

And this service is not just for high-end food places or high-end hospitality companies, but for everyone. It will be for the masses—all ends of the spectrum. It will be for every type of cuisine, from fast food and casual dining to fine dining.

With consumers increasingly aware of the egregious animal cruelty, environmental damage, and alarming health concerns inherent in meat consumption, more people are ditching animal-based products than ever before. As a result, there is a slew of new vegan products hitting store shelves, and restaurants are adding savory new options to menus.

This new venture between Matthew Kenney and Prince Khaled will undoubtedly make vegan food even more accessible around the world.
