Founded in 2009 in Berkeley, California, Cinnaholic has taken the country by storm, boasting an all-vegan menu that allows customers to build their own mouthwatering creations! Now this incredibly popular vegan cinnamon-bun chain plans to expand to 136 new locations—including its first international stores in Canada!

Hungry vegans can look forward to stores in Texas, Florida, Ohio, and North Carolina, as well as three more locations in Northern California! Click here to find a Cinnaholic location near you.

In a statement, co-founder Florian Radke shares:

To say we’re “on a roll” is an understatement. This has been an incredible growth-year for us—and we’re only half-way through. After proving our concept to be a hit with consumers, franchisees and industry insiders, we’ve been able to significantly grow the Cinnaholic footprint and become a highly sought-after franchise opportunity, both at home and internationally.

Cinnaholic has made headlines before.

In 2014, after an appearance by founders Florian and Shannon Radke on Shark Tank, a reality television program featuring business pitches to potential investors, the vegan venture received a $200,000 investment. Now these new franchise opportunities will bring even more delicious vegan cinnamon buns to the masses!

But Cinnaholic isn’t the only amazing vegan chain with plans for expansion. Veggie Grill, one of the nation’s most successful all-vegan fast-food chains, is expanding to the Midwest. Earlier this year the company opened its first two regional locations in Chicago!

With the growing interest in plant-based eating, the number of vegan restaurants will only continue to rise. But you don’t have to wait for an all-vegan chain to open in your town. Most cities have incredible restaurants that are either all-vegan or can create fantastic vegan dishes—you just have to know how to find them. Of course, Google is a great resource, but here are some other ways to find vegan restaurants near you.

The abundance of vegan alternatives and the increasing popularity of animal-free dishes make now a better time than ever to ditch meat and other animal products for good. Click here to order your FREE Vegetarian Starter Guide.
